Reservation, Cancellation, and Conduct Rules at Moise House:
Reservation Procedure:
Reservations must contain valid credit/debit card information and be prepaid. Unguaranteed reservations will not be considered.

All reservations paid in full online in advance are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded. However, the full amount will be converted into a credit, which can be used:
For a future stay at the same hotel (subject to availability); or at our restaurant.
Moise House reserves the right to sell the room/rooms in case of a no-show.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: after 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in before 3:00 PM and late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability. Room allocation is subject to property availability at the time of check-in, therefore specific rooms, floors, or adjacent rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Children Policy and Extra Bed Charges
Children are considered guests up to and including the age of 12. Guests aged 13 and above are subject to adult rates and policies.
Extra beds can be provided upon request, subject to availability, at an additional charge of 100 RON per night.
Baby cots are also available upon request and are offered at a fixed fee of 50 RON for the entire duration of the stay, regardless of the number of nights.
We kindly ask that all requests for extra beds or baby cots be made in advance to ensure availability and proper room arrangement prior to arrival.

Displayed rates are subject to change. Property management reserves the right to modify rates.
Conditions for Children and Extra Beds:
Children up to 11 years old stay for free.
Children aged 12-17 are charged 89 lei/night. The number of extra beds is limited, and their availability must be confirmed by the property prior to arrival.
Responsibilities:
Moise House does not assume responsibility for thefts or damages that occur on the property premises. It is the guests’ responsibility to secure their belongings and supervise personal items. Property management or staff will report crimes to the authorities.
Property management reserves the right to deny access or request departure from the property for individuals who do not comply with conduct rules and may disturb other guests.
Behavior Recommendations:
Excessive alcohol consumption and disturbance of other guests through noisy activities are prohibited.
Garbage should only be disposed of in available trash cans and ashtrays. Smoking is prohibited in Moise House apartments.
The property policy may be amended without prior notice.
Please note that adherence to these rules is essential to ensure a pleasant and safe stay at Moise House.
