Partnership models
Direct sale on our website
The customer pays the full booking price on our website. We transfer the agreed amount to the supplier against an invoice, according to the commercial agreement.
Customer referral for a commission
Where it suits the type of service, we can refer the customer to the supplier and receive an agreed referral commission.
There is no fixed commission rate. Terms are agreed separately with each supplier.

Is there a fee to join?
Submitting and reviewing an application is free of charge. If we decide to work together, the commercial terms (such as a commission or another model) are agreed in advance and in writing with each supplier.
Do we have to offer special prices?
No. You can send us your regular price list; any discounts or special group terms are agreed by mutual consent.
Can we work with you without a website?
Yes. You can send a description of your service, prices and photos even without a website.
Who handles bookings and payments?
It depends on the agreed model. With a direct sale, the customer pays on our website and we coordinate the booking with you. With a referral, booking and payment are made directly with you. The exact process is set out in the agreement.
Can we list several attractions?
Yes. You can mention several services in your application. Each activity is reviewed and approved separately before it is published.
Can we work with you for groups only?
Yes, if that is the nature of your service. Please state the minimum and maximum number of participants in the form.
How do suppliers get paid?
With a direct sale, the agreed amount is transferred against an invoice, at the intervals set in the agreement. With a referral, the customer pays you directly.
How do we update prices and availability?
For now, updates are sent to our team, who review them and update the website. The exact procedure is agreed with each supplier.
