Tours, Attractions & Transfers
- Deposit: when booking, you pay online a deposit (an advance payment towards the price), which is part of the total trip price. The deposit is charged in Romanian lei (RON) at the latest BCR EUR selling rate at the moment of payment; the exact amount is shown before you pay.
- Confirmation: after the deposit is paid, your booking awaits driver confirmation. It is confirmed only once a driver accepts the trip, and we will notify you.
- If no driver is available, or we cancel the trip for any reason: the deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before pick-up: 50% of the deposit paid is refunded.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before pick-up, or not showing up at the pick-up point: the deposit is not refunded.
- The balance is paid in cash to the driver on the day of the trip, and only if the trip takes place. If you cancel, nothing is charged beyond the deposit.
- Routes by quote (over 11 hours or tailor-made): terms are set out in the quote we send you and apply only once you accept it.

Food for the road
- Food ordered with the trip is paid online in full, separately from the trip, and is not part of the balance paid to the driver.
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before pick-up – full refund of the food. Later – no refund, as the food is already being prepared.
- If we cancel, no driver is found, or the restaurant cannot supply the order – full refund of the food.
Because the service is provided on a specific date and time, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) does not apply; the cancellation terms on this page apply instead.
Shabbat Meals
- Cancellation up to 3 days before the booked Shabbat – subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before Shabbat – no refund.
- Predeal: Shabbat meals take place when more than 16 guests register (children count toward the minimum). If the minimum is not reached, the amount paid is kept as credit for use at either of our restaurants – Bucharest or Predeal.
