The service is operated by MOISE CHT KOSHER FOOD S.R.L. ("Moise House", "we"), Strada Bibescu Vodă 19, București 040151, Romania, on KosherRomania.ro / booking.moise.group.

These terms apply to the group portal (MOISE GROUP PORTAL), the personal trip portal (MOISE TRIP PORTAL), the demo page and the request forms on the website (together: "the portal").
By using the portal you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The portal is a planning and management tool: daily itinerary, information on attractions and accommodation, choosing dishes in advance, orders at the Moise House restaurants, transfer requests and sharing with participants.
Opening a portal is free – no charge and no subscription. Payment is required only for a service you choose to order, at the price clearly shown to you in advance.
Please provide correct details (name, e-mail, phone). The management link is sent to your e-mail; opening it verifies the address. Portals whose address is not verified are deleted automatically after 3 days.
The management link and your personal code are personal – do not share them. Whoever holds the link and code can manage the portal; you are responsible for keeping them safe. If the link is lost or exposed, request a new one ("I lost my link") – the previous link stops working.
Participants receive a separate link with limited rights: viewing what you shared and making the choices you allowed.
Meals, Shabbat meals, meals for the road, transfers, tours and other services are booked as separate orders, subject to the price, terms and cancellation policy shown in the order itself and in the website shop.
Restaurant prices include a 10% service charge, applied once, as shown in the portal. Charges are in Romanian lei (RON); amounts in euro and shekel are shown for information only, at a reference rate.
Services that require availability confirmation (e.g. transfers, drivers, attractions) are shown as requests, not as confirmed bookings, until we confirm them explicitly.
A group order goes to the kitchen only after approval by the group manager and by an authorised staff member.
Information on attractions, hotels, opening hours, prices, distances and travel times is provided for convenience, may change and must not be relied upon as verified. Please check with the provider before you go.
Links to third-party websites and services (maps, hotel and ticket booking) are subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for services we do not operate.
You are responsible for what you enter (participant details, messages, images, notes) and for having consent to provide other participants' details.
Unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes others' rights, is not allowed and may be removed.
Sensitivities and allergies you provide are passed to the kitchen for preparation. For any medical question or severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering.
Do not try to bypass security, access other people's portals, use bots or automated scraping, overload the system or open portals in someone else's name.
We may limit, disable or delete a portal used abusively or contrary to these terms.
We use your details only to manage the trip and orders, to contact you about them and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. See the website privacy policy for details.
Personal details of participants in group meals are deleted automatically 60 days after the last meal, except information we must keep by law (e.g. invoices).
You may request access, correction or deletion via the contact details in section 1.

The portal is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but faults, interruptions and changes may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the portal or from relying on unverified information. Our liability for a specific order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms. The updated version is published on this page with its date; continued use after an update means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The competent courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, subject to statutory consumer rights. EU consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) and the EU online dispute resolution platform.
