Our suggestion: start at the Palace of Parliament, one of the largest government buildings in the world, continue to Herăstrău Park and the Arch of Triumph, and leave time for shopping at the outlet and the market. You can end the day with about four hours at the Therme water and spa complex on the edge of the city.
It is an easy way to see Bucharest without looking for taxis or carrying your shopping around.
